Buckwheat pancakes

Who doesn't want pancakes for breakfast every day?! Try this gluten-free variant made from buckwheat. Add fresh fruit and enjoy!

What you need (for 6 pancakes)

  • 250 grams of buckwheat flour
  • 2 scoops 'no egg' (egg replacement, available at the health food store)
  • half a liter of almond milk
  • tartaric acid
  • fresh fruit

How you make it 

Beat with a whisk until smooth and make the pancakes in the 'normal' way. When it is too thick, add more milk.

Add your favourite fresh fruits and enjoy!
