buckwheat pancakes

What you need (for 6 pancakes)

✦ 250 grams of buckwheat flour
✦ 2 scoops 'no egg' (egg replacement, available at the health food store)
✦ half a liter of almond milk
✦ tartaric acid

How you make it 

Beat with a whisk until smooth and make the pancakes in the 'normal' way. When it is too thick, add more milk.
