Buckwheat porridge with cinnamon and pear
Try this nutritious buckwheat porridge with cinnamon and pear. Buckwheat porridge is versatile, gluten-free and rich in B vitamins and fiber!
What you need
- 50 gram buckwheat grains (in the shop they are often called buckwheat groats)
- ½ banana
- Small hand of unroasted unsalted walnuts
- 125 ml of water
- 1 pear cut into pieces
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ coconut grind
How you make it
Put the buckwheat grains together with the water in a container and let them soak overnight. It is important that the granules are soft when you eat them. Pour away the remaining water the next day and blend the buckwheat together with a 1/2 banana. Pour this mixture into a saucepan and lightly simmer the fire, stirring the pieces of pear through it. Your porridge will be ready after about 5 minutes. Transfer your porridge into a bowl and sprinkle the walnuts, cinnamon and coconut grater on top of the porridge.
