beans and pesto

What you  need for 4 people

  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 2 or 3 cans of beans of your choice (such as giant beans, cannellini beans, black beans or a mix)
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 jar of pesto (or make your own)

How you make it

Rinse and drain the beans. Stir fry the spinach until the leaves have shrunk. Add the beans and pesto. Let it heat up well and divide it over the plates. Add the pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds.
