Breakfast oatmeal cookies
Cookies for breakfast? That is possible with these breakfast oatmeal cookies. Made from oatmeal, applesauce, banana and warm herbs.
What you need (for 8 cookies)
- 200 gr oatmeal or oatmeal
- 4 tablespoon apple sauce
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 3 medium-sized carrots grated
- 2 tbsp linseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp biscuit spices
- 100 grams of raisins
How you make it
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grind half of the oatmeal in the food processor (if you have oatmeal flour then this is not necessary). Prepare the bananas with a fork and mix this together with all the other ingredients in a bowl.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Scoop heaps of batter onto the griddle with a spoon and press them flat. Bake the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes, turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes. Let the oat biscuits cool down and your breakfast party can start.
