How you make it

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix well. Prefer a little extra bite? Don't mix for too long so that it stays a bit chunky. From the mix make about 14 balls. Roll the balls through the grated coconut. Place them in a container and put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. The balls are then ready to eat!

Tip: If you keep the balls in the freezer you can keep them for one month.
