chai bliss balls

Wanting something delicious by the tea, or just a small snack? Try these delicious chai bliss balls! The recipe is from the book 'eat feel fresh' from Sahara Rose. These balls are healthy proof & also very tasty!

For 14 chai bliss balls:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable based milk
  • 120 ml melted coconut oil
  • 60g pumpkin seed paste
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds
  • 30 g hemp seeds
  • 85 g almonds
  • 2 teaspoons cinammon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 Medjoul dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasalt

This is how you make it:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix well. Prefer a little extra bite? Don't mix for too long so that it stays a bit chunky. From the mix make about 14 balls. Roll the balls through the grated coconut. Place them in a container and put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. The balls are then ready to eat!

Tip: If you keep the balls in the freezer you can keep them for one month.
