Chocolat breakfast bowl
A quick and easy but nutritious and filling breakfast? Then this Chocolate Breakfast Bowl is perfect! Of course you can vary the ingredients and toppings as desired. Note: to maintain an ice-like texture, frozen fruit is a must. This gives your breakfast the 'fluff' effect. JUM!
Try this Chocolate Breakfast Bowl with a frozen zucchini for a more low carb breakfast. Or go crazy, throw spinach through it. Taste, try and experience! You got this!

What you need
- 100 ml unsweetened coconut or rice milk
- 100 ml of water
- scoop of chocolate protein
- 1 date
- ½ banana
- 10 gr cocoa nibs
- 10 gr nut butter (+ -10g)
- food processor / blender
For the topping
- handful of frozen forest fruits
- handful of coconut grater
- 2-3 Brazil nuts
- handful of chopped pomegranate seeds
- small handful of cocoa nibs
How you make it
Mix all ingredients (except those for the topping of course;)) until a light brown smooth result. Finish the bowl with the toppings.
