What you need (for 1 person)

✦ 2 hands mixed salad
✦ 1 sweet pointedpepper
✦ 2 tomatoes
✦ 1 tablespoon of olive oil
✦ 1 clove of garlic (from the press)
✦ half red onion (finely chopped)
✦ 1 tablespoon finely cut mint
✦ 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
✦ 1 bowl of raw large shrimps
✦ pinch of pepper
✦ pinch of salt
✦ pinch of chili pepper

How you make it

Cut the tomatoes and sweet pointedpeppers into cubes and put them in a container with two hands of mixed salad. Fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes in the olive oil. Add the shrimps and fry them for 3 minutes. Add the pepper and the salt and stir again. Add the shrimp to the salad in the container. Garnish the salad with a pinch of chili pepper, mint and coriander.

Do you have extra fresh mint? Give your glass of water an extra boost by adding some leaves.
