Fluffy breakfast bowl

Does icecream for breakfast sound good to you? Then you must try this recipe: protein-rich smoothie breakfast bowl! The frozen ingredients give it its light structure. Vegan, fluffy, low in calories, rich in protein and most importantly; super tasty, sweet and fresh. Perfect for hot summer days!

What your need (for one portion)

  • 200 ml unsweetened coconut drink
  • 50 gr frozen banana
  • 50 gr frozen strawberry
  • 10 gr scoop of cocoa nibs
  • scoop of protein vanilla

For the topping:

  • handful of coconut grater
  • handful of pomegranate seeds
  • few slices of banana

How you make it

Put all ingredients for the bowl in the blender or food processor. Blend until it is a smooth and light mixture. Top it off with the toppings and your colorful, fresh breakfast is ready!

Tip: feel your banana and cut it into pieces before putting it in the freezer.
