Green smoothie

Could your body use a fruit and vegetable boost? Try this delicious green smoothie with spinach, romaine lettuce and pear. Packed with vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber!

What you will need (1 portion)

  • 80 grams of organic spinach
  • 80 grams romaine lettuce
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 250ml water
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • Lemon juice (half a lemon)


How you make it

Wash the spinach and romaine lettuce. Then cut the pear and banana into pieces. Place the spinach, romaine lettuce, banana, pear and water in the blender. Blend until creamy. Add a teaspoon of spirulina and juice of half a lemon. Blend briefly and then pour into a glass.

Tip: make a double portion for the next day!
