Overnight chocolate chia pudding
Do you want variety in your breakfast? Then try this delicious chocolate chia seed pudding with almond milk and cocoa powder.
What you need (for 1 person)
- 150 ml almond milk
- 25 grams of chia seed
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 3 medjool dates
- 1 tsp almond paste
- 1 tsp cinnamon
You need this for the topping
- ½ banana
- handful of summer fruit (eg strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
How you make it
Mix all the ingredients for the chia seed pudding in a blender, except the chia seed. Pour this mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seed. Close the bowl and let it rest overnight in the refrigerator. Remove the chia seed pudding from the refrigerator and decorate the pudding with pieces of fruit. Enjoy!
