Spicy paprika hummus

A spicy hummus with paprika and cayenne pepper, easy to make yourself! Delicious for dipping raw vegetables or with this mezze plate.

What you need 

  • 215 grams of organic chickpeas (pots of Ekoplaza are 350 grams, that includes fluid)
  • 240 ml water or 240 ml chickpeas water (water from the jar)
  • dash of olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • grilled red pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 


How you make it 

Mix all ingredients in the blender into a creamy whole. Add more spices to taste. Spread the hummus on a buckwheat or raw cracker. Delicious with a piece of cucumber. Prefer ordinary hummus? Then leave the pepper and cayenne pepper out of the recipe above.
