spicy paprika hummus
What you need
✦ 215 grams of organic chickpeas (pots of Ekoplaza are 350 grams, that includes moisture) ✦ 240 ml water or 240 ml chickpeas water (water from the jar) ✦ dash of olive oil ✦ 1 tsp cumin powder ✦ pinch of cayenne pepper ✦ grilled red pepper ✦ 1 clove of garlic (optional) ✦ 2 tbsp lemon juice
How you make it
Mix all ingredients in the blender into a creamy whole. Add more spices to taste. Spread the hummus on a buckwheat or raw cracker. Delicious with a piece of cucumber.
Prefer ordinary hummus? Then leave the pepper and cayenne pepper out of the recipe above.
