Juices and smoothies are just wonderful to start your day with, as a snack or for a 'healthy liquid lunch'.

Spinach mango smoothie

This is what you need
✦ 1/2 mango
✦ 1/2 banana
✦ 100 gram biological spinach
✦ 50 gram romaine lettuce
✦ 120 ml water
✦ celery of coriander (optional)
This is how you make it
1. Cut the mango, without skin, and banana into pieces.
2. Pour the water into the blender and add the spinach, lettuce and mango.
3. Mix the above ingredients in the blender.
4. Add the banana pieces and celery or coriander. Blend all ingredients. 

Glowing green smoothie

This is what you need
✦ 80 grams of organic spinach
✦ 80 grams of romaine lettuce
✦ 250 ml water
✦ 2 celery stalks
✦ 1 banana
✦ 1 apple
✦ 1 pear
✦ 1 tsp spirulina
This is how you make it
Cut the celery, apple and pear into pieces and peel the
banana. Put the spinach and lettuce with water in the blender
and blend until creamy. Mix the pieces of celery,
apple and pear in the smoothie and add the teaspoon of spirulina. 

Smoothie with parsley

This is what you need
✦ 1/2 bunch curly parsley or a bunch of flat-leaf parsley
✦ 1 apple
✦ 1 mango
✦ 1 banana
✦ water as needed
This is how you make it
Cut the fruit and throw it with the water in the blender and
blend until creamy. Mix the parsley on the end.

6 delicious, simple vegetable juices

Throw the following ingredients in the blender, add some water and mix it!
✦ 5 roots, 4 celery stalks, 0.5 cucumber (or a handful of spinach), a handful flat-leaf parsley, 1 toe of garlic
✦ 6 carrots, 2 celery stalks and 1 apple
✦ 2 small cucumbers, 0.5 beet and sprig of dill
✦ 2 small cucumbers, 4 stalks celery, a piece of fresh ginger, sprig of basil or coriander
✦ 1 apple, 3 carrots, 175 grams of alfalfa, 6 mint leaves
✦ 8 roots, 1 apple, juice of 1 lemon, piece of fresh ginger

7 delicious, simple fruit juices

Throw the following ingredients in the blender, add some water and mix it!
✦ 20 white grapes, 10 strawberries, 1 apple, 2 sprigs of mint
✦ 2 apples, 2 pears, small piece of ginger
✦ 250 ounces of your favourite red fruits, 2 peaches, 1 apple
✦ 1 pineapple, piece of ginger
✦ 3 (press) oranges, 5 roots
✦ juice of 1 lime, 1 banana, 1 avocado, cup water and piece of ginger
✦ 1 banana, 15 strawberries, 2 oranges
