Workout during pregnancy

bbb is a wonderful place to exercise during pregnancy. If you are pregnant or have just given birth, it is nice to be in a friendly environment with a lot of knowledge and personal attention around the pregnancy. Moreover, it is nice to work on your own goals in a targeted way to keep your body & mind as healthy as possible.

Our physiotherapists, coaches and nutritionists have developed a program for during pregnancy. This program consists of targeted exercises in heat and personal food and lifestyle coaching to stay in balance. 

Exercise until approximately 34 weeks of your pregnancy

We work with exercise programs that can be performed until approximately 34 weeks of pregnancy (or even longer if you are fit). The exercises of bbb mama are aimed, among other things, at strengthening the corset muscles and pelvic floor. bbb offers several classes that are accessible to pregnant women.

Expectant mothers are carefully supervised. The coaches ensure that your training program is in line with the phase of your pregnancy. The intensity of your training and the exercises are adjusted in each phase. This way your body is extra well prepared for childbirth and your condition remains at the right level. It also helps to get back in shape more easily afterwards.

Do you have physical complaints? Then you can visit our physiotherapists and you will receive a tailor-made rehabilitation program. If you like it, you will be measured, weighed and your diet will be looked at. For medical questions about nutrition, you can make an appointment with our dieticians. So we offer everything under one roof!

For you as a brand new mom, we offer the program: bbb mom. bbb mama can follow you from 6 weeks (or even earlier if you are very fit) and consists of targeted exercises in heat and personal nutritional guidance to get back to the old weight.
