Wecome to bbb Amstel. bbb is a holistic gym, a health boutique with body, food and mind coaching. Unique to bbb is that you exercise in a hot cabin. Exercising in warmth is good for the circulation, stimulates the fat burning process and works in a cleansing manner. Above all, it is wonderfully relaxing!

  • Individual guidance and attention focusing on you as a woman: As we sport in small groups, our attention is directed towards you. You are coached personally in a gym with a homely atmosphere.
  • Hot cabin exercises: Come to bbb Amstel and experience the unique workouts in the heated cabins. This training is not long however it is extremely effective: in 30 minutes you can do your whole workout. We also offer classes in the studio, outdoors or online.
  • Mind, body and food are central: With us you work on the healthiest version of yourself, not only in the areas of body and food but also lifestyle.
