Bij de tweelingzussen staat het begeleiden van mensen om de beste versie van zichzelf te zijn en daarmee persoonlijke doelen te halen centraal. Een intrinsieke motivatie van Marlene en Danielle. Ze zijn namelijk sinds het begin van hun carrière bezig om omgevingen te creëren waar mensen zich prettig voelen. Marlene in de jeugdzorg en Danielle in de hospitality branch.
