What is the cleaning policy of bbb during Corona?
After each cabin use, we ask members to clean the mat, the cushion, the program and the inside of the plexiglass. We use paper and soap for this, according to the guidelines of the RIVM.
The bins are emptied five times a day.
The cabins, handles and handrails are thoroughly cleaned after each shift.
All members at bbb wear socks and bring a towel, without you are not allowed in the cabin.
I will visit bbb during Corona, what should I pay attention to?
Stay at home if you have any of the following: cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough, elevation (from 38 degrees). Come dressed to the studio and go to the toilet before you leave your home.
Bring your own towel and water bottle.
Only come by appointment and do not arrive earlier than the agreed time.
Wash your hands upon entering bbb or use our disinfectant gel.
Keep a distance of 1.5 meters and keep out of the defined compartments around the cabin.
Follow the instructions of the coaches about the routing (walking lines) and order of departure.
Leave the studio immediately after your cabin & coaching appointments.
What measures does bbb take in the boutique?
You can not use towels & water glasses in the boutique. Bring your own towel and water bottle.
You can't shower and chang at home in the boutique. Try to pay attention to the time that you are in the boutique, so that there is enough space for everyone.
Our capes are thoroughly washed at 60 degrees after each use. You can also buy a cape for 25 euros (that is the cost price).
You can only enter the cabin with socks & towel. We also have gloves that we give away, for members who like to train with them. (Gloves are NOT required.)
There are plexiglass plates between the cabins to ensure that you can move in the cabin as safely as possible.
Mouth masks are mandatory until you are at your place in the cabin / studio or during a coaching. Our coaches and teachers will also wear them when they move. During a lesson they keep a distance of 1.5 meters and optionally they wear a mouth mask.
Listen carefully to the instructions of the coaches when you enter and when you leave. This way everyone can enter and leave safely.
Fifteen minutes of alternating time is scheduled between the cabin lessons, so that there are only a minimum number of members in the boutique at the same time.
Yes, we will continue to offer an online schedule for members who prefer to exercise at home and / or be coached online. These lessons can be scheduled for both full members and online members.
I have an online subscription, what can I use?
If you have an online membership, you can follow online lessons via our private Facebookgroup bbb online en get online coaching. You can plan your coaching and workouts in the app.
You can always change your subscription to another subscription in the app (via the menu in the left corner) or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is bbb online?
As a member of bbb health boutique you canreceive online coaching and you can stream our workouts in our private online Facebook group bbb online. Very nice during a lockdown, for example, or if you are tied to your house due to other circumstances.
In the Facebookgroup, all our online classes are streamed from the different boutiques. The timetable can be found in the app and we share it in this Facebookgroup.
How does it work?
1. Register via the bbb app, we will sign you up for a green block.
2. Follow the lesson by going to this private fb group at the appropriate time. The lesson appears at the top of the timeline.
3. Say you're there in comments, then we can connect for a moment.
4. Are you not doing a lesson live? Then schedule a recap workout to keep you going.
