How does a tryout lesson work?
During a trial lesson we do not only show you but also allow you to experience how we work at bbb. We enquire as to your wishes and goals. Following this you will spend some time exercising in the heated cabins.
We will also explain how our nutritional advice works. A trial takes about 45 minutes.
Does a trial lesson cost anything?
A trial lesson is free of charge with no obligation.
When are trial lessons given?
Trial lessons are given during opening hours. You can either book one individually (our cabin coaches will of course assist you) or you can follow a group’s class in the cabin. On Sunday we do not offer trial lessons.
I have requested a trial lesson online but have received no reply.
If you have requested a trial lesson via the website, we will send you a confirmation email. Unfortunately, these sometimes arrive in your spam or junk mail. So please check that it hasn’t arrived there. Have you not received anything from us? Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested date, time and boutique and we will plan one in for you. You can of course call us at anytime.
What should I bring to my trial?
Please bring sportswear (long pants, shirt and socks), a towel, a bottle of water and your agenda with you.
