Yoga & kracht docenteOver the years, and especially through motherhood, yoga and strength training have supported me in some of the most transformative stages of my life. As a mother of two, I’ve experienced how the body changes, how the mind can feel overwhelmed, and how powerful it is to come back to the breath. In yoga, breath is more than just air, it is a bridge between body and mind, a way to return to the present moment and find balance within. In my classes can you experience the ability to feel more present, more connected, and more at home within themselves.
